A thief was caught on CCTV breaking into a residential compound along Vamenta Boulevard in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City early Tuesday morning, October 7, 2025, around 5:17 a.m. The footage, which has since circulated online, shows the suspect entering Eddie’s Gold Compound Dormitory through the gate, quietly approaching the watchman’s desk, and stealing a cellphone. He was also seen opening two drawers before leaving the area after finding nothing valuable inside.
The suspect’s face can be clearly seen.
