Parking woes at the Aquilino Pimentel International Convention Center (APICC) in Taguanao, Indahag, Cagayan de Oro City will soon be a thing of the past. A new 9-storey carpark building complete with a roof deck and helipad is set to rise at the complex following the official groundbreaking ceremony led by Congressman Rufus B. Rodriguez together with officials from DPWH-10. The project, which costs around ₱98 million, will be built by Jejor’s Construction Corporation and is expected to be completed within 12 months. Once finished, the multi-level carpark will provide much-needed parking spaces to support the growing number of events and activities hosted at the convention center.

The location of the carpark building is at the back of the convention center.

Here are the floor plans.

Here are the official perspectives of the carpark building.

The Notice to Proceed was issued in February 14, 2025.

Below is the old masterplan. The location of the proposed buildings remain the same but the architectural designs and amenities have been updated.
