Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) will be putting up a hotel at Manresa Town in Cagayan de Oro City. This was confirmed by CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III as part of the company’s ongoing expansion of its hospitality portfolio. This probably is apart from the upcoming three-tower condominium called One Manresa Place, also set to rise within the university township.
The hotel brand has yet to be revealed, but CLI’s current portfolio includes lyf Cebu City, Citadines Cebu City, Citadines Bacolod City, Citadines Paragon Davao, Radisson Red, The Pad Co-Living, Sofitel Cebu City, Mercure Cebu Downtown, Abaca Resort Mactan and and Magspeak Mountain Resort & Villas.
