The new Regional Internal Affairs Service (RIAS-10) Office Building was officially inaugurated on January 23, 2025. Located inside Camp General Nicolas Capistrano in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City, the two-storey facility was constructed with a P7 million fund from the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental as part of its support for the police force. The RIAS plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and credibility of the Philippine National Police (PNP) by ensuring police discipline, accountability, and professionalism. It investigates police misconduct, conducts inspections, enforces disciplinary actions, oversees police operations, protects human rights, and promotes ethical conduct.

Misamis Oriental 2nd District Representative Yevgeny Vincente Emano, who was the governor when the project began, led the ribbon-cutting ceremony. He was joined by Provincial Government Chief of Staff Ms. Richel Ido-Pajara, representing Gov. Peter Unabia, along with Police Regional Office (PRO-10) Chief PBGen. Jaysen de Guzman, and Atty. Brigido de Jesus Dulay, Inspector General of the PNP Internal Affairs Service.
