Property developer Damosa Land, Inc. is looking at further expanding across Northern Mindanao, including in Cagayan de Oro, as part of its strategy to attract more investors in the thriving Mindanao property market. This optimism was shared by its President & CEO, Ricardo F. Lagdameo, who stated that 2025 is expected to be a busy year, yet fruitful year for the company. Last year, Damosa Land launched HQ Center, its second International Workplace Group (IWG) flexible workspace hub in Cagayan de Oro, located at SM CDO Downtown Tower.
