The formal groundbreaking ceremony for the Cagayan de Oro Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints finally took place today, August 31. Elder Carlos G. Revillo, Jr., the Philippines Area President, and his wife, Sister Marie Revillo, led this milestone event, which was attended by nearly 300 invited guests, including both members and non-members. The temple, situated along Rosario Limketkai Avenue, will also feature an ancillary building that includes an arrival center, patron housing, and a distribution center. The development spans approximately 1.86 hectares.
