Work on the main columns for the 12-storey first building of Intalio Flats Primea is now underway. Development will be in three phases with Phase 1 covering Buildings A and B. The project is a cluster of midrise residential smart condominium buildings located along Eagle Street in Barangay Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City.
