Check out latest aerials of The New City, a 60-hectare mixed-use development by the City Government located in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City. As observed, concreting of road networks is already underway. You can also see initial blocks of the Phase 1 development. To be implemented in four phases, the plan covers residential communities and commercial areas including a convention center, hotel and resort and low to mid-rise residential condominiums.
