Barangay Bayabas was declared overall champion in the 1st Mayor Rolando ‘Klarex’ Uy Fiesta sa Baryo || Larong Pinoy where all 80 city barangays competed against each other in various traditional Filipino fun games such as patintero, palosebo, tug-of-war, sack race, and many more. With the success of the event held at the Pelaez Sports Center, many believe this will be replicated in the next Higalaay Festivals as many barangays vowed to do better next year.
