Cagayan de Oro’s Don Zaldivar representing Iligan Angler’s Club caught a 12.55-kilogram Dogtooth Tuna to win the biggest catch in the just concluded 3rd Boaters Unlimited Cebu Fishing Tournament in Lapu-Lapu City. He was with Richard Camence and Jay Borja.
