A perennial problem persists as garbage continue to be thrown at Bitan-ag Creek, a major waterway in Cagayan de Oro City. Photos below show accumulated trash blocking the culvert at Limketkai Center. Heavy rains poured into the city for several hours last night which continued past midnight towards dawn resulting to flooding of several areas in the city.
