Oroquieta City Mayor Lemuel Meyrick Acosta joined Jollibee executives, crew and staff in today’s official inauguration of Jollibee Oroquieta Highway, the fast food giant’s 1st dual-lane drive-thru in Visayas and Mindanao. The store’s grand opening will be on Friday, March 8.
